Design Challenge: TPC River’s Bend, a premier golf and social club, needed to modernize its facilities to match evolving member expectations. The existing clubhouse no longer offered the flexible and engaging spaces members wanted. Therefore, the client requested a full transformation that improved amenities, introduced modern finishes, and created social spaces that support connection and long-term retention.

Design Solution: MSP Design partnered with RTM (formerly EBS) Engineering and Conger Construction Group to deliver an integrated design approach. The project included opening the main parlor to improve sightlines and the arrival experience. It also reimagined the dining and bar areas with warm, cohesive finishes. The team added new amenities such as a golf simulator, wine room, and conference space. Additionally, a custom pergola now transforms the patio into a lively, multi-use outdoor venue for events and casual gatherings.

Design Outcome: The revitalized TPC River’s Bend positions the club as a leading destination within the TPC network. The refreshed interiors and enhanced amenities create a welcoming environment that strengthens member engagement. As a result, the completed renovation supports long-term client goals and reflects MSP Design’s ability to deliver strong and thoughtful solutions.
