Design Challenge: MSP collaborated closely with the City of Mason to shape the Mason Oak bioscience hub vision. Together with key stakeholders and a developer, they crafted a comprehensive strategy for the Oak Park Development corridor. The goal was to harness the potential of the modernized Western Row Interchange at I-71 to drive economic growth.

Design Outcome: The resulting master plan integrates diverse uses including corporate offices, research facilities, and retail spaces. Emphasizing connectivity and community interaction, Mason Oak features pedestrian-friendly environments, inviting open spaces, and thoughtfully designed streetscapes. These elements are designed to enhance social engagement and promote a vibrant, cohesive community environment.
