Design Challenge: The design of Two WaterStone Place challenges included incorporating a geothermal mechanical system and creating a creative, iconic concrete tilt up building with a presence on I-71.

Design Outcome: A national developer engaged MSP to design their Cincinnati headquarters and signature office building. The project included interior design of the lobby, elevator lobby, and grand staircase, along with core amenities and a parking lot with several hundred spaces. We incorporated a trellised walkway to connect the lake and north and south parking lots to the building. The parking lot for Two WaterStone Place utilizes bio-swales, a sustainable design feature that captures stormwater runoff, filters out pollutants, and beautifies the environment with native plants.
