MSP worked closely with the developer/client in bringing this residential subdivision from a conceptual level sketch to a finalized project and built community consisting of five neighborhoods. MSP’s Planning, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, and Surveying departments provided full project services including schematic design, design development drawings, construction documents, and presentation drawings.
