GE Credit Union – Multiple Locations

General Electric

Design Challenge: The already successful GE Credit Union had plans to expand with additional new branches to accommodate its members. With the new and renovated locations, GECU wanted to create a prototype for a modern, cutting-edge banking facility. Advanced capabilities provide an enhanced member experience.

Design Solution: Working with a branding company contracted by GECU, MSP was able to assist in creating a prototype for new banking branches. The new design includes a 24/7 lobby area with new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). There is also a conference room that is available for member use during and after hours. A refreshment bar that provides a convenient temporary work area.

Design Outcome: GECU has a new, modern prototype that provides full banking services to its members during and after regular banking hours. The branded look reflects its commitment to providing a superior banking experience in convenient locations for its members. Existing branches will incorporate the new branded look as they are renovated.
