MSP was hired by a local developer to provide comprehensive design services, including architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, master planning, and surveying for a new 17,500 SF retail center located at the intersection of Mason Montgomery Road and Parkway Drive.
MSP prepared civil site plans for the development, which included 10,500 SF and 7,000 SF retail buildings with supporting parking, loading, and infrastructure. The plan proposed converting an existing detention basin into a 0.6-acre retention pond. The plan also required the design of separate construction documents and specifications for the reconstruction of Parkway Drive, an existing township road. The Parkway Drive reconstruction was funded by public Tax Increment Financing (TIF).
