MSP worked with Butler Technology and Career Development Schools on a major $20 million renovation of the D. Russel Lee Career-Technology Center. Services provided included architecture, master planning, facilities assessment, space planning, landscape architecture.

The initial work for the project involved a complete facilities and site assessment. The final project included the creation of new classroom space, renovations of existing classroom spaces, new entry design, site design, and the creation of a tiered bio-swale system.

The D. Russel Lee Career-Technology Center renovation project achieved LEED Gold certification.
