This corporate office building was designed in collaboration with Balluff’s German parent company to create a Bauhaus style that reflected the company’s origin. It is positioned on five acres, some of the land with steep terrain. A a 200 ft. bridge connects the existing building site to the new corporate site allowing for use of existing parking and less development on the new site.
The steel frame building features clean lines, thin floor to floor composition, no rooftop units, and utilized white metal panels and ribbon windows to create a striking design composition. It also included a VRF mechanical system. MSP provided architecture, engineering, landscape architecture, planning, surveying and interior design services to this project.
