Design Challenge: Designing the Balluff office involved reflecting Bauhaus style, influenced by German owners. The team addressed challenges of situating the building on steep terrain and integrating a 200 ft. bridge for remote parking near another facility.

Design Outcome: The steel-framed Balluff office building features clean lines, a sleek floor-to-floor composition, and a façade with white metal panels and ribbon windows. Creating a visually striking architectural composition. Sustainability was a key focus, with a VRF mechanical system and sustainable design principles throughout. Additionally, scenic pathways connect employees with nature. The design includes electric charging stations, covered parking for motorcycles, and accommodates future expansions.
