MSP Wins USGBC Leadership Award

The USGBC Ohio recently announced the winners of its 2021 Leadership Awards. We’re proud to announce that the PITT OHIO Parma Shop project received an honorable mention for Green Building of the Year Award: New Construction.
The PITT OHIO Parma shop is part of the PITT OHIO Cleveland Terminal. It features five large maintenance bays for truck repairs, radiant floor heat and 62 LED lights and support space. The entire four-building complex is LEED Gold certified. The goal for the facility was to reduce the environmental impact in every aspect.
