Groundbreaking held for Montgomery Quarter
In late October, the City of Montgomery, Ohio, celebrated a significant milestone with a groundbreaking held for Montgomery Quarter to launch the ambitious $150 million mixed-use development. This transformative project promises to enhance the community with a diverse array of facilities. It will include 114,700 square feet of office space, 9,600 square feet of retail space, 15,000 square feet of restaurant space, an 80-room hotel, and 152 two-bedroom apartment units. MSP played a crucial role in this development by providing civil engineering services. They designed the streets and associated infrastructure necessary to support these new facilities. Richard Arnold, MSP’s Senior Vice President of Engineering, is featured in the accompanying photo. This development marks a major step forward for groundbreaking held for Montgomery Quarter. It blends business, hospitality, and residential elements into a dynamic new quarter.
