Rich has been involved in land development with MSP since 1979. He oversees operations of design and production of construction documents for land development projects.

Rich is a LEED accredited professional (LEED AP). In addition, he is also a longtime member of the Home Builders Association of Cincinnati and is a past president of the Ohio Valley Development Council. Outside of work, Rich enjoys playing basketball and bodyboarding.
