Design Challenge: MSP collaborated closely with Great Parks of Hamilton County (GPHC) staff. The goal was to conceive a new 2,200 SF facility catering to the RV campground at Winton Woods. This initiative built upon an established master plan for the park.

Design Solution: The design incorporates cutting-edge sustainable practices. These include a geothermal heating and cooling system, extensive natural lighting, certified sustainable lumber, waterless urinals, and materials with high recycled content. Additionally, we integrate eco-friendly features such as sustainable rain gardens and landscaping with native, noninvasive plant species into the Winton Woods site.
