Design Challenge: The design challenge involved using a variety of design techniques to develop depth and variation in the spatial relationships between the floors on the exterior. These techniques include varying color tones and two distinct types of glass, using black and antique silver reflective glazing and limited appliqués.
Design Outcome: The first phase of the master plan called for two concrete tilt-up panel four-story office buildings with a combined floor area in excess of 440,000 SF. To accommodate budget and time constraints, the buildings were created using the design-build construction delivery method. An additional 350,000 SF of office space is slated for Phase II of the development.
