Design Challenge: North Pointe required creating spatial depth and variation between floors. The solution involved using varying color tones and two types of glass—black and antique silver reflective glazing—and minimal appliqués.

Design Outcome: The first phase of North Pointe’s master plan involved constructing two four-story office buildings totaling over 440,000 SF. These buildings were efficiently delivered using the design-build construction method to meet strict budget and time constraints. Phase II plans to add 350,000 SF of office space for further expansion.
