Design Challenge: Liberty Township aimed to expand economic opportunities through a comprehensive master plan for the Millikin Road Interchange on I-75. The goal was to outline design concepts and visuals that convey the corridor’s future vision.

Design Solution: Using township feedback, MSP employed its design and graphic expertise to create concepts, photorealistic renderings, and animated presentations. These illustrate desired land uses and densities aligned with market demands. The focus was on fostering economic growth with destination facilities, diverse land uses, and vibrant public spaces. Emphasis was on pedestrian connections to local amenities and existing developments.

Design Outcome: MSP delivered a suite of planning graphics, 3D renderings, and animations. These assets aid Township efforts in marketing the corridor to developers and securing funding and approvals in the Millikin Road at 1-75 Interchange Master Plan.
