Design Challenge: To serve the growing Maineville community, Mercy Health Cincinnati planned a 3,220 SF urgent care office located in a retail strip. MSP was tasked with creating an office interior that maximized circulation and visibility in a modest-sized footprint.

Design Solution: MSP designed the interior space with a front reception area and a centrally located nurses station surrounded with easily accessible multiple exam rooms, x-ray room, an employee breakroom, and independent offices.

Design Outcome: The Mercy Health Urgent Care at the Shoppes at Grandin is a successful community urgent care facility that allows for effective and efficient patient care. The design model provides comfort and privacy for patients as well as employee efficiency.
