Design Challenge: To serve the growing Maineville community, Mercy Health Cincinnati planned a 3,220 SF urgent care office in a retail strip. MSP needed to create an office interior that maximized circulation and visibility within this modest-sized footprint.

Design Solution: MSP designed the interior with a welcoming front reception area and a centrally located nurses’ station. Surrounding this hub are multiple easily accessible exam rooms, an x-ray room, an employee breakroom, and independent offices.

Design Outcome: The Mercy Health Urgent Care at the Shoppes at Grandin successfully meets community needs, providing effective and efficient patient care.
