Design Challenge: To serve the Mainville community, Mercy Health Cincinnati planned a 3,220 SF primary care office located in a retail strip. MSP was tasked with creating an office interior that maximized circulation and visibility in a modest-sized footprint.

Design Solution: MSP designed the interior space with a front reception area and a centrally located nurses station surrounded by easily accessible multiple exam rooms, an employee breakroom, and independent offices.

Design Outcome: Mercy Health Primary Care at the Shoppes at Grandin is a successful community doctor’s office that allows for effective and efficient patient care. The design model provides comfort and privacy for patients as well as employee efficiency.
