Design Challenge: Maximizing visibility on Reed Hartman Highway, creating local name recognition, and integrating the facility with the existing site were primary challenges with the creation of itelligence.

Design Solution: The project opted for architectural precast concrete for economic sustainability. The data center, ensuring optimal security, features a concrete roof deck. Below, the office’s basement, housing the canteen and training facilities, seamlessly nestles into the hillside beside a neighboring pond. Encircling the pond, a track promotes outdoor connectivity.

Design Outcome: MSP collaborated with Duke Realty to propose an initial concept enticing itelligence to choose Duke’s land. The office’s final design upholds the German company’s brand with a consistent European architectural style, ensuring functionality, flexibility, and distinct visibility.
