Design Challenge: Digestive Specialists Inc. (DSI) had multiple locations with no consistent look or feel. We established a new consistent design and brand standard to give their new buildings a cohesive look. Additional challenges included complex funding and a solution for excess land on the site.

Design Outcome: MSP created detailed renderings to establish a new design and brand for this building and future buildings which was met with unanimous approval by Digestive Specialists. We dealt with multiples entities to secure funding for the project. A two-story building allowed DSI to have all the needed amenities and also leave room for a pad-ready site for future development. By expediting the CMR selection process, the project was able to come in under budget and on time.
