Design Challenge: After 17 years in its current office headquarters, Conger Construction Group wanted a refreshed look. They also needed additional office and warehouse space. The company is transitioning to a new generation of ownership. They aim for their office to better reflect their daily high-quality work. “We wanted an office space that showcased our skill set and abilities.” said Justin Conger, president.

Design Solution: Working collaboratively with Conger, MSP created a design that doubled the office space, added warehouse space, and allowed for an optional 4,000 square feet of office space for future expansion. The complete gut and remodel also gave Conger Construction the opportunity to reconfigure the space in a way that enhanced workflow.

Design Outcome: Previously scattered departments are now more defined since the renovation. Much needed collaboration spaces were added. A multipurpose training room/bistro serves as a place to hold events, company breakroom and employee lounge. The modern look gives a more open feel with the use of glass walls and bold graphics.
