MSP Design is proud to be celebrating the ribbon cutting of the new Timothy Freeman, MD, Center for Developmental Disabilities at UC Health.

In partnership with UC Health and Pepper Construction Group, our team transformed 15,000 square feet. This is now a facility that delivers integrated primary care and behavioral health services for adults with developmental disabilities. Key features include sensory-friendly spaces, accessible exam rooms, and specialized medical equipment. All thoughtfully designed to foster a welcoming and patient-centered environment.

“This project is near and dear to my heart, and I am thrilled to see how much it’s already impacting the community,” shared Emily Lubbers, MSP Design.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony marks a celebration of accessibility, compassion, and innovation in healthcare.  As a company we are honored to contribute to a space that will serve and uplift the community for years to come. This building was an innovation for several patients and physicians!
