Jordan Weber becoming an Associate reflects his technical competence, collaborative approach, and positive impact within the Civil Engineering Department. As a result, this recognition acknowledges both his past contributions and his continued growth as a leader at MSP.

What is your role at MSP and what are your job responsibilities?
- Project Manager in the Civil Engineering Department
- Designing and coordinating the production of schematic design documents through construction documents for various land development projects.
- Process and coordinate documents with the reviewing agencies and various consultants.
- Manage project budgets and schedules.
- Mentor young engineers
How long have you worked within this industry?
14 years
What does being an associate mean to you?
It reassures my decision to join the MSP team and be able to grow professionally with the confidence the leadership team has in my future.
What is your favorite part about your job?
Striving to satisfy the client with an exceptional design that is within budget and under schedule.
During your time at MSP, what has been the coolest project you’ve worked on so far?
Kings Mills Hospital; it was a fast-paced design schedule while coordinating with multiple consultants for an Owner that was fun to work with.
Tell us something most people would be surprised to learn about you?
I am an avid classic rock fan and have been to five AC/DC concerts.
What is something that you enjoy doing outside of work?
Spending time with my wife, son, and daughter
How has your career grown since starting at MSP?
I have continued to develop my design experience while also building relationships with the various jurisdictions, contractors, and clients around town.
