A member of MSP since 1985, Rick leads our surveying department while managing numerous projects. With expertise in both public and private sectors, Rick has played a fundamental role in major residential, commercial, and industrial projects. He excels in client satisfaction, forging connections with leading contractors, lawyers, title agents, developers, and local public agencies

Rick is a licensed Professional Surveyor in Ohio. He is a member of the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio Southwest Chapter, the National Society of Professional Surveyors, and the Area Progress Council of Warren County. He also serves as International Director of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Buckeye Chapter 13 and coordinates annual surveying and engineering seminars where he has presented on such topis as: Vertical Subdivisions, View Easements, Professional Ethics and Standard of Care and the History of Ohio Surveying.

Outside of the office, Rick enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and fishing for Walleye on Lake Erie.
