Nikole Clark,
Project Designer

As a Project Designer with MSP Design, Nikki works alongside our Architecture Team through every stage of the design process. She supports multiple projects at once, helping transform client goals into thoughtful, functional design solutions. She enjoys collaborating with the project team to bring each completed building to life.

Nikki earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati. She enjoys solving complex design challenges by balancing building codes with creative solutions. Her experience includes working on affordable housing and multifamily projects throughout Ohio, where she developed a strong appreciation for the detailed problem-solving required in architectural design. She continues to grow professionally and looks forward to expanding her communication and technical skills.

Nikki is driven by continuous learning and enjoys discovering new ways to strengthen her knowledge of architecture. She believes that every new experience builds confidence and helps her become a stronger designer. Outside the office, Nikki enjoys boxing, reading on her patio, cooking with her boyfriend, and playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends. She also loves traveling and fondly remembers studying abroad in Florence, Italy, with a memorable trip to Switzerland.
