Melanie Wittich,

Melanie began her career with MSP in 1996 and specializes in land development research. Her role involves utilizing various government agencies to obtain necessary legal records and document action/regulations. She coordinates with various agencies and MSP project managers regarding necessary procedures, development guidelines, deadlines for submittals, subdivision development, and permit processes.

As a licensed Notary in the State of Ohio, Melanie is responsible for notarizing a wide range of permit-related documents. Additionally, she holds membership in the Ohio Designer, Engineer, Government Entities, Utility Partnership (ODEGEUP).

When Melanie is not working, she enjoys spending time on the lake with her friends, camping, playing horseshoes, and spending time with family.
