Job Captain

Meg McKnight, with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati, brings five years of industry experience to our team. In her role as Job Captain, she focuses on developing and producing construction documents, reviewing materials from consultants and project team members, assisting the project manager in overall project coordination, and facilitating communication between clients and consultants. Her journey in architecture is punctuated by memorable projects, including her favorite project where she worked on a brand-consistent facade design for a gas station company. This experience not only showcased her design abilities but also affirmed her ability to see projects come to life in the built environment.

Driven by a commitment to continuous improvement, Meg aims to enhance her technical skills while upholding values of authenticity and kindness. Outside the office, she enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and spending time with her black lab mix, Stella. Inspired by her travels, including memorable experiences in Costa Rica, Meg embraces the idea of finding fulfillment by aligning passion with profession.
