Mark Vaughn,
Senior Crew Chief

Mark serves as a Senior Crew Chief in MSP Design’s Surveying Department. In this role, he leads complex field survey operations and oversees daily crew activities to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient data collection. As a result, he plays a key role in maintaining MSP’s surveying standards.

Since joining MSP in 2014, Mark has developed extensive experience in construction staking, topographic mapping, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and as-built surveys. Additionally, he supports project success by resolving field and design discrepancies in coordination with the project team. Mark brings significant institutional knowledge to MSP and actively supports the development of newer survey professionals. Therefore, he serves as both a technical leader and a mentor within the field services group.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys attending sporting events of all kinds.
