Lucas Ochoa,
Rodman/Field Crew

Lucas joined MSP’s Surveying Department in 2024 as a Field Crew/Rodman. His duties include surveying projects in the field, marking and locating essential elements to ensure successful construction processes. Lucas holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Xavier University.

In his role, Lucas enjoys the opportunity to work outdoors and witness the behind-the-scenes aspects of various projects. One of the most interesting projects he has worked on involves new development neighborhoods with multiple phases, showcasing his ability to adapt and contribute to complex projects. He is eager to improve his skills in operating the equipment needed for his daily tasks, always striving for success and growth.

Outside of work, Lucas enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He is also a big fan of baseball and golf, and supports all Cleveland sports teams. His favorite TV show is “Suits,” and he enjoys listening to podcasts by Joe Rogan and Cameron Hanes, as well as reading books by David Goggins.
