Lou joined MSP since 2018 and is responsible for the completion of many of the record plats for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. He also oversees the overall production of record plats and performs boundary surveys and rezoning plats.

A licensed professional surveyor in Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and West Virginia Lou is a member of the Professional Society of Land Surveyors Southwest Ohio chapter and the Kentucky Association of Professional Surveyors. Outside of work, Lou enjoys catering small festivals and events around town.
