Leslie Bauman,
Landscape Designer

Meet Leslie, a full-time Landscape Designer at MSP Design. She first joined MSP through the firm’s co-op program while pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture at Ball State University. After graduating, she transitioned seamlessly into a full-time role. Now a key member of the Landscape Architecture department, Leslie contributes to a variety of projects ranging from detailed site plans to vibrant planting layouts and dynamic renderings. She thrives on the ever-evolving challenges of the profession and is especially passionate about shaping meaningful outdoor spaces. Leslie continues to sharpen her skills—currently focusing on enhancing her rendering techniques and mastering Land F/X—while bringing her unique perspective and energy to every project.

Outside the office, Leslie is an avid gardener and creative at heart. She enjoys painting, watching movies, and supporting local businesses. At home, she loves spending time with her two dogs, Milo the Border Collie and Fern the Jack Russell. She's also a big fan of soccer, volleyball, and cheering on the Cincinnati Reds.
