Kelsie Ochoa,
Marketing Specialist

Kelsie supports MSP Design’s marketing department through business development, brand communications, and firmwide initiatives. She leads proposal development and social media efforts while contributing to presentations, event coordination, and strategic marketing support. Kelsie joined MSP Design in 2023 after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Cincinnati. Since then, her role has expanded to include project photography and drone operations, following her achievement of a Part 107 drone license in 2024. In addition, she supports internal systems that strengthen onboarding, mentorship, and firm culture.

Kelsie stays engaged in the AEC marketing community through involvement with CREW Greater Cincinnati and the SMPS Greater Cincinnati Chapter. Therefore, she remains connected to industry trends, relationship-building, and professional growth. Outside of work, Kelsie enjoys photography, spending time outdoors with her dog and husband, and reading.
