Jeff joins McGill Smith Punshon with over 25 years of experience in IT coordination and support. As IT Coordinator, he ensures the smooth operation of MSP’s technology infrastructure across all departments. From troubleshooting hardware and software to supporting design tools like Civil 3D, BIM, and GIS, Jeff plays a vital role in keeping our systems secure, efficient, and collaborative. He also helps lead the Cursor Committee, aligning technology solutions with MSP’s mission and values. With certifications including MSA, MCP, and SCCM, Jeff brings both technical expertise and a people-first approach to his work—always ready to lend a hand and keep things running smoothly.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys bowling, camping, and playing piano. He’s passionate about staying current with technology and believes in treating everyone like he’s helping his mom—a motto that guides his supportive and approachable style.
