Holly Schaefer,
Project Coordinator | Building Permits

Holly started her career in the surveying industry in 2017. Holly works on a a wide range of surveying projects but mostly residential projects. Holly does a lot of the building permit drawings for residential developers. This involves creating site plans for these developers to use when applying for building permits. Additionally, Holly does CAD work for surveys, record plats, and legal descriptions for parcels to create deeds.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys bird and squirrel watching and feeding, reading and sewing. Holly also leads our book club here at MSP.
