Holly supports residential surveying projects at MSP Design, preparing building permit drawings, site plans, and CAD documents.

Holly Schaefer,
Project Coordinator | Building Permits

Holly’s path into surveying began in 2017, when she found her stride supporting projects that shape everyday neighborhoods. Since then, she has become a steady presence on residential surveying work, where accuracy and follow-through matter most. At MSP Design, Holly focuses on building permit drawings for residential developers. She prepares clear, reliable site plans that help move projects through the permitting process. In addition, she supports the project team with CAD work for surveys, record plats, and legal descriptions used to create property deeds. As a result, her work helps keep projects organized, compliant, and moving forward.

Beyond her project responsibilities, Holly plays a meaningful role in MSP’s culture. She frequently bakes for the office and firm events, adding a personal touch that brings people together. Likewise, she volunteers her time at the local food bank and sews every stocking for MSP’s annual Adopt-a-Family program, donating both her time and her skills to support others. Outside the office, Holly enjoys reading, sewing, and spending time bird and squirrel watching. Ultimately, whether at work or in the community, she brings care, patience, and generosity into everything she does.

Fun Fact:
Holly loves sewing quilts and handmade stockings.
