Gabrielle Waters,
Job Captain

Gabrielle has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program. She enjoys the creative and technical challenges of architecture, especially bringing ideas to life within practical constraints. Her favorite part of the work is collaborating to turn a shared vision into reality. As Job Captain, she develops construction documents, coordinates with consultants, and supports project management. A highlighted project she worked on included a church sanctuary renovation inspired by Italian Renaissance design, completed while the church remained in use.

Outside of work, she enjoys games, gardening, and spending time with loved ones. She has two dogs—Olive (Irish Doodle) and Mochi (Aussie Doodle), whom she spends a lot of her time with!
