Emily Lubbers, AIA, NCIDQ
Associate | Senior Project Manager/ BIM Coordinator/Interior Designer

Emily began her career in architecture in 2011 after graduating with a Master of Architecture from University of Cincinnati. A registered architect and certified interior designer, she specializes in architectural design and BIM management. Her expertise spans across a range of markets, including federal, healthcare, retail, multi-family housing, office, and daycare. In her role as a senior project manager, Emily leads the project team in collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to manage all aspects of a project from proposal to contract administration. Additionally, as BIM coordinator, Emily leverages her advanced skills in Autodesk Revit to provide MSP with comprehensive model management, creation of office standards, and advanced training.

Emily is a member of American Institute of Architects (AIA) Cincinnati, International Interior Design Association (IIDA), and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Greater Cincinnati. She serves on the Young Professionals Committee for Allied Construction Industries (ACI), co-chair’s the AIA Cincinnati’s Academy and is part of its Vision Class of 2023. When she isn’t working, Emily enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, camping and traveling with her husband and identical twin daughters.
