Job Captain

Brian Bruner, Jr. brings 18 years of industry experience to MSP Design. In his role as Job Captain, he supports the project team through drafting, construction administration, and project management. He works across a variety of project types, helping coordinate efforts and maintain clear communication to support seamless project delivery. Brian earned a Master’s in Teaching and bachelor’s degrees in Construction Management and Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati. Throughout his career, he has contributed to complex projects, including simultaneous renovations of a library and a school, where he helped guide both projects through active construction phases. This experience strengthened his ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping projects on track.

Driven by a commitment to growth, Brian continues to build his skills in Revit, estimating, and business development. He values honoring commitments, continuous learning, and doing the right thing for both clients and team members. He is currently working toward architectural licensure.

Outside the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and working on his home. Inspired by his personal motto, “Take it easy…rise to the highest,” he brings a steady and thoughtful approach to both his work and life.
