Elliott Farm Barn Animation and Renderings

Welcome to our renderings page for the Elliott Farm Barn project. Here you can explore the stunning architectural illustrations created by MSP Design. Dress Homes, an upscale residential developer, aimed to enhance their community with inviting amenities such as a playground, pool house, and pool. The chosen location, Elliott Farm Barn, featured a well-preserved 1930s barn that we carefully integrated into the design.

Rather than demolishing the Elliot Farm Barn, a historic structure. MSP renovated it to include restrooms, an equipment room, and an open-air event center. By retaining the barn’s rustic charm with reused wood flooring planks, a preserved standing seam metal roof, and exterior wood detailing, we minimized disruption to the natural surroundings. Now a vibrant three-season community center, Elliott Farm Barn complements amenities like a community garden, walking trails, playground, pool, and firepit, fostering a strong sense of community among residents.
