This design-build project involved\u00a0the design of a 50,000 SF corporate\u00a0office and warehouse facility for\u00a0flexi, a German-based dog collar\u00a0manufacturing company. MSP was\u00a0asked by developer Schumacher\u00a0Dugan to provide a creative design\u00a0in order to help the team win the\u00a0project. MSP\u2019s initial design concept\u00a0succeeded by exciting the client and\u00a0allowing the project to move forward.<\/p>\n

The final design helps to maintain the\u00a0company\u2019s brand by being visually\u00a0consistent with the company\u2019s\u00a0German facilities. The project also\u00a0utilizes the economically viable and\u00a0sustainable solution of structural precast concrete. The painted precast concrete, along with the use of\u00a0glass, creates a modern and unique\u00a0design that makes generous use of\u00a0natural light.<\/p>\n

MSP provided architectural design\u00a0of the exterior and interiors,\u00a0including the lobby, conference\u00a0room, offices, and warehouse, and\u00a0worked with the client to make sure\u00a0the design was optimized to suit the\u00a0facility\u2019s internal operations. MSP\u00a0also provided site civil engineering\u00a0services, as well as coordinated\u00a0structural engineering services.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
