River Center at Bicentennial Commons Opens in Middletown

Last Saturday, the ribbon was cut celebrating the opening of River Center at Bicentennial Commons, the new recreational facility along the Great Miami River Trail in Middletown.
The 3,000 SF building includes kitchen facilities, conference room, restrooms, two park offices and 40 parking spaces.
