Rick Nichols Named IRWA Professional of the Year

Congratulations to MSP’s Rick Nichols for being honored with the IRWA Professional of the Year Award! The award was presented to Rick during the general membership meeting at Der Dutchmen in Plain City, Ohio, as part of the Appraisal Day Seminar, held on May 9.
The International Right of Way Association (IRWA) is a global, member-led organization of dedicated professionals within the right of way industry. The IRWA’s purpose is to improve people’s quality of life through infrastructure development.
