The final design helps to maintain the flexi USA’s brand by being visually consistent with the company’s German facilities. The project also utilizes the economically viable and sustainable solution of structural precast concrete. The painted precast concrete, along with the use of glass, creates a modern and unique design that makes generous use of natural light.

MSP provided architectural design of the exterior and interiors, including the lobby, conference room, offices, and warehouse, and worked with the client to make sure the design was optimized to suit the facility’s internal operations. MSP also provided site civil engineering services, as well as coordinated structural engineering services.
