Design Challenge: Ross Township has a rich history in farming with fertile lands along its river and streams. Many areas in the township are rural, but in recent years, residential and commercial projects have been developed. As times changed, stakeholders wanted to ensure that the rich history of Ross Township corridor between School Road to Cincinnati Brookville Road (SR 126) on Hamilton Cleves Road (SR 128) was planned for the future.

Design Outcome: In this corridor, there are some unique opportunities including building character, depth of residential lots, and business properties. MSP was retained to help create a vision with input from stakeholders and residents. The MSP planning team, which included MARKET METRIC$ LLC, worked with the stakeholders to develop a working plan that will help determine future decisions.
