Elliott Farms Community Area Holds Grand Opening

We celebrated the grand opening for Drees Homes Elliott Farms community area last weekend. MSP had the opportunity to provide design services for this unique Deerfield Township residential development that includes an historic barn-turned-community center, pool, walking trails and community gardens.

The Elliott Farms Community barn is a 1930s structure that was part of a 100-acre parcel of land. This land was purchased by Drees as part of the overall residential development. It sits in the location that was slated to be a pool and pool house area. MSP developed a plan to incorporate the existing barn. The barn will house restrooms, an equipment room, and a large open-air event center.
